This blue light filter saved my career

This screen blue light filter saved my job. I was getting vertigo from looking at the screen. I never thought that a product could make such a difference. The vertigo has stopped when using my computer. The day it arrived I was so ill with vertigo I tried to put the cover on while the computer was on. I know now that I should have turned off the computer first. I have a few bubbles under it, but it's not a big deal. If I had followed the directions it would have gone on perfectly. My fault not the product. I now wanting one for my laptop, and two TV's at home. In the last two years I have become very sensitive to LED's. The product does the job. I had no idea how sick the computer screen made me feel. I had an MRI and CT scan looking for brain tumors due to vertigo Then my doctor mentioned my computer and photophobia (a form of migraines related to light) I did not have normal migraine head pain. I would just get dizzy. This made my life at work so much better.

Screen filter for 27 inch diagonal measure computer monitor

I bought this screen filter because one of my nephews was recently diagnosed with macular degeneration due to the very short wavelength blue light he was constantly exposed to with his computer monitor. I also use the computer a lot, so am also at risk just like my nephew. Good quality Screen filters help reduce the risk. Bilberry taken internally also helps reduce it. And I wear glasses, so have UV protection on my glasses, which means some of the short wavelength blue light will also be filtered t some degree, which helps some. So far I have been fortunate and have not yet developed any problems with my eyes from blue light. Now, regarding the filter. Installation took a little more time than expected, but went well. I find that there is very little difference in the brightness of the screen now compared to what it was before the installation of the filter. I did make one mistake in that I started the screen installation on the left side of the screen rather than the right. This is a slight problem because the screen sliders on the programs on my computer are all on the right side, so I should have started installation against the right side instead of the left as there is about a 1/16 inch gap left over and it causes a visible line that runs down the screen where the filter ends. But this is a relatively minor problem. I was unable to get all of the bubbles out, but for the most part that is not a problem. Given the benefits, it is worth it. I definitely recommend this product.

Makes a huge difference with the amount of blue light hitting your eyes

This screen protector is really really good! I just installed it on my monitor on Friday, and so far, it’s made a huge difference in the amount of blue light hitting my eyes. My eyes don’t hurt that much anymore when staring at the computer 8+ hours a day. Installations is bit tricky and time consuming with getting the air bubbles out because it’s like installing a big phone screen protector, so you just have to have patience. Aside from that, I’m loving the product!
