Thịt ếch chắc nịch, tẩm ướp đây đủ gia vị đặc biệt là vị cay nồng của sả tươi và ớt, khiến bạn hít hà mãi không thôi. Món này ăn với cơm nóng thì ngon hết biết.
Cho thịt ếch vào nồi, thêm 3 muỗng canh sả băm, 3 trái ớt cắt nhỏ, 1 muỗng cà phê nước màu, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng canh đường và 1/2 muỗng canh bột ngọt, trộn đều, ướp thịt khoảng 10 phút.
Đặt nồi thịt ếch lên bếp, cho vào 50ml nước mắm, trộn đều và đun với lửa lớn cho sôi rồi hạ lửa vừa. Đậy nấp, đun đến khi nước gần sệt lại và bám vào thịt ếch thì tắt bếp.
