Trứng vịt lộn rang me là món ăn chơi giàu dinh dưỡng được rất nhiều người yêu thích. Vị chua ngọt đậm đà của nước sốt me là điểm nhấn chính của món ăn hấp dẫn này.
Tỏi bóc vỏ, băm nhỏ. Rau răm nhặt lấy lá, rửa sạch. 1/2 số rau răm cắt nhỏ và 1/2 để nguyên lá ăn kèm.
Trứng luộc chín bóc bỏ vỏ, để ráo nước. Khi luộc bỏ vào nồi 1 muỗng cà phê muối để trứng không bị vỡ.
Khi trứng đã ráo nước, lăn trứng qua một lớp bột chiên giòn và cho vào chảo chiên hơi vàng.
Phi thơm tỏi băm nhỏ, cho 3 muỗng canh nước cốt me cùng 100 ml nước, đường, tương ớt, hạt nêm, nước mắm vào chảo. Hỗn hợp nước cốt me vừa sôi cho thêm bột bắp vào để tạo độ sánh, sau đó thả trứng vào, hạ lửa xuống thật nhỏ. Đảo nhẹ trứng cho đều nước sốt. Thêm rau răm cắt nhỏ lên trên mặt.
Cho trứng ra đĩa, rải ớt băm nhỏ lên trên, rắc thêm đậu phộng rang giã nhuyễn. Dùng nóng.
